Stormers loose forward Rynhardt Elstadt and Bulls flanker Arno Botha have both been shown off-field yellow cards but Elstadt will also face a hearing.
Elstadt has now received three Yellow Cards during the 2012 Super Rugby Tournament so according to Rule 6.1 of the SANZAR Judicial Rules he must appear before the Duty Judicial Officer appointed for the Bulls vs Stormers match.
The incident occurred in the 59th minute of the match between the Bulls and Stormers played at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on 2nd June.
Elstadt was involved in a tackle where he made contact with Bulls player Akona Ndungane's hair and continued holding his hair as they went to ground.
Bulls flanker Botha was issued an off-field yellow card for a dangerous tackle in the 57th minute of the match between the Bulls and Stormers played at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on 2nd June.
Botha tackled Stormers winger Bryan Habana after the he had called for a mark inside the 22m area.
Referee for the match Jonathan Kaplan acted on the incident by changing the free kick to a penalty. Upon further review of the match footage the Citing Commissioner deemed an Off-Field Yellow Card was appropriate.
